Jae Kyung, Son
President
Mr. Son worked with Dong Yang Securities CO,.Ltd, one of leading Securities and Investment House in Korea, as investment manager and fund manager for commercial and corporate clients.
After having successful career in Dong Yang, Mr. Son started new venture with SMI Asset, Ltd to provide investment analysis for companies listed Korean Stock Market and developed new concept to construct Portfolio Management for Stock and Option Market. After joining SMI Hyundai Head Quarter in 2008, he was responsible for investment program management for Europe and Africa. Mr. Son graduated from Law School of Seoul National University.

HRH Prince Khaled is also the founder and chairman of Levant Capital and its affiliate, Levant Group. Levant Capital is a regulated private investment firm domiciled in Dubai UAE. Levant Capital focuses on acquiring influential or controlling stakes in established mid-cap growth companies operating or with significant growth opportunities in the GCC, Turkey, Levant and North Africa. Its affiliate, Levant Group, is a financial consulting firm domiciled in N.Y., USA. Before Levant, HRH Prince Khaled was Assistant Director for domestic investments at Kingdom Holding Company, the investment company of HRH Prince al Waleed Bin Talal Bin Abdul Aziz al Saud. Prince Khaled had previously been affiliated with Solomon Smith Barney and Citigroup.

Mr. Pincione is a co-founder and president of Levant Group, a financial consulting firm domiciled in N.Y., USA. Mr. Pincione is also a managing director of its affiliate, Levant Capital, a regulated private Investment firm domiciled in Dubai UAE. Levant Capital focuses on acquiring influential or controlling stakes in established mid-cap growth companies operating or with significant growth opportunities in the GCC, Turkey, Levant and North Africa.
Before joining the Office Of HRH Prince Khaled and Levant, Mr. Pincione was a key member of the management team of Harry Winston, where he helped establish Harry Winston as a premier global luxury company and successfully drove annual revenue growth in excess of 100% during his tenure. Mr. Pincione has extensive relationships with family offices and high net worth individuals around the world, specifically within the Middle East.
Alain Bionda
Alain Bionda studied law at University of Geneva and received the patent of lawyer in Geneva. He served several years as First Lieutenant and Officer in the Swiss Army. Since 1991 he is Lawyer of the French Government in Switzerland and he received the Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite by the French Minister of Foreign Affairs. Since 1983 he worked as Member of the Board for several oil companies with special focus on the European, Middle East and Asian market like Mundogas Europe Ltd and Mundogas Hong Kong Ltd (at this time largest fleet of LPG gas tankers in Asia) and as Lawyer for Siemens for the Baku-Tbilissi-Ceyhan pipeline. At the moment he is Member of the Board of Georgian International Oil Corporation and Petroplus Eastern Europe S.A. and he works as Lawyer for Elf, Total, Sulzer, Tsakos Shipping, Mare Tankers Addax Petroleum etc.
Jean-Jacques Bovay
Jean-Jacques Bovay obtained a Master in International Studies in Geneva after serving in the Army as pilot in the Swiss Air Force. From 1980 until 1985 he worked in the Banque Parisbas (Suisse) SA as Vice President – Trade Finance. In the years from 1985 until 1994 he was Senior Manager for International Bankers Inc, Luxemburg, Union Bancaire Privée and Banque Indosuez (Suisse) SA as well as Vice President – Corporate Finance - for Citibank, Hong Kong, Zurich. From 1995 until 2001 he acted as an advisor and consultant to countries and private companies involved in the oil industry. In the year 2001 he joined SUNRAY ENERGY LLP as Director.
Ricardo Juvalta
Mr. Juvalta had a prestigious international career as senior executive in the IT, bank and real estate industry. Geographically he has been active in the USA, Europe, Asia and Africa. Among his various responsibilities, Ricardo Juvalta was Vice President of the Board and CEO of EXXON’s subsidiary EOSI S.A. and Director with Crédit Agricole and Deutsche Bank. More recently he has specialized in project development with regard to cooperation between companies of European and Emerging countries, governing construction projects of urbanism, energy, infrastructure of all types, sustainable development and international cooperation.
Mr. Juvalta is also founding member and former President of the International Foundation NewSportAfrica for the establishment of the Olympic Games 2016 in Africa. He studied in Zurich at the Ingenieurschule and at the Graduate School of Business Administration and speaks fluently seven languages.
