New initiative in Bahrain
BAHRAIN, MIDDLE EAST - SMI Hyundai is pleased and proud to announce a proposed new initiative in Bahrain and United Arab Emirates. This new development effort will emulate projects like the innovative “Bahrain Bay”; focusing upon single family and multi-family housing, shopping and an entertainment complex, all incorporated in an eco-friendly, energy efficient, self sustaining Commercial and Public Project. Leading this new initiative, totally value of more than $ 1.2 billion, will be SMI Hyundai’s new Chairman HRH Prince Kahled, and Senior Vice President, Mr. Mr. Max Pincione. The senior engineering teams already engaged with the second phase of the Feasibility Study for the Valued Engineered Project Management Plan and costing.
